Our Story

The Reality

When a soldier answers the call to duty, the sacrifice does not stop with the person who puts on the uniform. Instead, the true weight of service immediately shifts home, forcing families to absorb the sudden and overwhelming costs of keeping a household running alone.

A Hidden Crisis at Home

The reality of a deployment hits the entire family instantly. Everything the reservist normally does at home - childcare, schooling, transportation, meals, medical appointments, etc., suddenly falls onto the shoulders of the partner left behind.

As a result, families must manage this while simultaneously absorbing lost income, disrupted careers, and other strains.

The Al Zeh Promise

Al Zeh™ is a reservist-led service built to stand directly in the gap for these families, ensuring they never have to carry the burden of service alone. We operate as a unified front and provide practical relief where it is needed most. For the families sacrificing everything for the country, our promise is absolute and unwavering: “Tell us what you need. We’re on it.”

The Symbol: Three Berets. One Community

Our bilingual identity, AL ZEH / על זה (WE’RE ON IT), is anchored by a mark that tells the story of our collective strength.

The three interconnected forms represent three distinct berets, symbolizing the three essential communities driving this mission:

The Soldiers on the front lines.

The Families holding down the home front.

The Global Partners standing fiercely beside them.

No single group stands outside the mission - we are all part of it.

Community Between Rounds: Cultivating Joy and Connection

Al Zeh does not disappear when a reserve round ends. True resilience is built between deployments, which is why we actively bring spouses, children, and families together to form genuine support networks before they are urgently needed.

This community is not framed around coping, but around friendship, belonging, and shared experiences. Reservist families deserve moments of genuine celebration and joy to look forward to, ensuring that when the next call comes, they do not face it surrounded by strangers.

What We Support: Unrestricted, Meaningful Relief

Our services are not confined to a set menu. From tutoring lessons to family retreats, the message remains clear: your life does not fit into a defined list, and neither should your support.

No family should serve alone.
